Amazing what you find wandering around London.
Covent Garden - 04/09/15
On Friday I hopped onto the train and visited Covent Garden where Charles Pétillion has created an art installation titled Heartbeat, his first public installation. Using 100,000 balloons, the installation resembles a cloud floating just above the tourist and shoppers heads and is lit with lights that slowly pulse on and off. The piece is part of the upcoming London Design Festival, which continues Pétillion’s signature use of balloons. I’ll definitely be returning on an evening to capture the glow within properly.
Heartbeat is on display in Covent Garden till September 27th.

Austin-Healey 3000. Liège-Rome-Liège over-all winner 1960. From what I can gather, this unassuming car, parked away from most of the others was driven by Pat Moss.
